Is it really free for ages 3 to 5?
Yes. Every game for that age stays free, with the voice and the grown-ups area.
Do you collect anything about my child?
The game does not upload profiles or progress. To play name recordings it downloads a bundle picked by the language, the first letter of the name and a number worked out from the name, never the name itself. We record successful family-key activations. Questions about the family unlock go by email, so we receive your address and message.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, on any modern phone or tablet browser, and you can add it to the home screen like an app.
What if we get a new tablet?
You can export progress from the grown-ups area, and you can enter your family key again on the new device.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of the receipt email, no questions asked.
